Koto Hotel Pihtipudas

Location close to shops and restaurants. Nice view from the room and friendly staff. Room was clean and had a nice style to it.

The walls were thin and you could hear noises from other rooms. The WiFi wasn't working well and the shower drain was clogged.

Spent Christmas at a small hotel that offered cozy rooms, a free sauna, and a microwave in the hallway. The receptionist was very helpful and provided us with a list of nearby restaurants to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated in the heart of the town, allowing us to easily explore the area's Christmas markets and shops.

There was no breakfast served during our stay, which was a little inconvenient, as we had to leave the hotel early in the morning to search for food. the hotel lacked activities to do during the day, as we found ourselves spending most of our time in the room due to the cold weather.

The hotel has a cozy and modern atmosphere. the staff is efficient, kind, and welcoming. They offer some great facilities like free sauna, microwave, and clean rooms with beautiful decor. the hotel owners go the extra mile to provide great service, like offering coupons for nearby places until the restaurant is set up. the rooms are equipped with comfortable and clean bathrooms.

The breakfast options are limited because the restaurant is not yet open.
